Shipping Charge
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100. If the total of the order is under $100, the shipping charge is $7.5.
How long does an order takes to be shipped?
We do our best to ship all orders by the next business day. Orders processed Monday to Friday, we will ship the following Monday excluding holidays.
How can I cancel my order?
Log in to your account and click on orders to cancel your order. You can also contact us at info@maraleatherstore.com for any query regarding order cancellation.
Can I change my address after placing my order?
This fee is the fee charged to MARA Leather to make that change by the shipping carrier when the package is in transit.
Can i cancel my order if it has shipped?
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Send the order back in its original state and we will refund you.
Why am i being asked for a PO. Box?
If you use a PO Box to receive deliveries, select USPS, otherwise the shipping carrier will need a street address to make the delivery.
