1. Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders in the USA.

2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-14 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Domestic order handling time is 2-4 business day (Monday to Friday).

Please note:

1. Due to COVID-19, all packaging must undergo strict quality control and disinfection processes before leaving the factory to ensure we're keeping all our customers safe. This may cause some delays in the dispatch and shipping time.

2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.

3. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? Once the order is returned to us, we will refund you 50% of the payment once we have received it.

4. Please pay attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.

5. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
